Maryland drive-ins
Message: Can't find Gov. Ritchie Drive In or Ritchie Hwy. in Garrison, eh? That's because it's in Glen Burnie. :-) The drive in was located in the square bounded by Ritchie Hwy, Vernon Ave, Lang St, and W Ordnance Rd (formerly Burwood Ave), now occupied by a Home Depot etc. and across the street from "The Centre at Glen Burnie" (formerly the Glen Burnie Mall). Hope this helps.

On your list of maryland Drive-in's you list the Gov. Ritchie Drive in, and not knowing the location of it.
That Drive in was in Glen Burnie, it was located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Rt. 710 (Ordinance road) and Rt. 2 (Ritchie Hwy.), just south of the Baltimore beltway.
I doubt however that you will find any remnants of it, as it was razed in the early 80's and replaced with a strip mall.
