You can't find Navarre because it hasn't been an independent city for years - it's part of Orono now. You'd need some older aerial photos too, because the area is duplexes/twinhomes now. You'd need to follow County Road 15 (Shoreline Drive) west of Wayzata and a few blocks past County Road 19 (Shadywood Road). A friend of mine lives where the projection booth used to be.
