There is one I didn't see listed for Mississippi. There was one in Lorman. It was open until the mid to early 80's. It was closed after a tornado did damage to the screen.

Hi Jim:
Stumbled on your sight looking for Drive In info. Couple of points regarding Corinth Mississippi drive ins. The Skylark was on the north side of US-72 (not 82 as listed on your database) in the location of what is now Harper's Square shopping center. The Skylark manager lived in an apartment under the screen. More infamous than the Skylark was the Corinth Drive In, located on US Highway 45 at the TN/MS state line. Believe it or not, and I am sure that local residents my age can verify it, the Corinth Drive In was most famous for showing hardcore pornography! It finally shut down sometime in the late 80s.
Just thought I would add my two cents.

Hi Jim, the 78 Drive-in was located on old Hwy 78, now McCullough Blvd. northwest of Tupelo near the city limits. It was owned by the Malco theaters out of Memphis. Managed last by Frank O'Callaghan (still living but in poor health)
The Lee Drive-in was located on Robert E. Lee Drive, one block east of South Gloster St. on the south side of the street (the confusing Trace St. address was the owner, Rick Heard's home address). Projectionist for several years was Billy Bramlett, now with the Malco Cinema Ten in Tupelo.
